On tap in Chattanooga. An amber orange pour with a decent head and a fair amount of lacing. Citrus hops, some sweet malts in the aroma. Taste is not overly hoppy but nice with a good piney and citrus hops and sweet amlt balance. Would be a good session APA.

Tasted on tap at brewpub. Pours an orange gold color. Small sized white foamy head. Aroma is citrusy and malty, a touch floral. A medium bodied pale ale. Malts are fruity and sweet. Hops are citrusy. Nice balance. A milder Pale Ale, more in English style I guess. Kind of like a slightly hoppy amber. Lively carbonation. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

Light amber color and the head laces nicely. There is low hops. I read the name and didn't realize that the Imperial was part of the name of the beer and not the name of the style so I was expecting a big hoppy IPA. This isn't an IPA like I was expecting but more of an English-style pale ale. Sweet with a nice caramel maltiness. Not a bad session beer.

I had this while in Chattanooga for Clash & Sassy's Noogfest 2005 This beer has not much going in either hps or malt. just a basic amber ale from what I tasted

Had this at the Chattanooga location...An orange appearance with a very malty, slightly citrusy flavor, though watery. Some nice bitterness in the aftertaste.

Appearance is orangish with no head. Flavor is slightly hoppy with some malt. Strikingly similar to Sam Adams Boston Lager. Nice beer.
