From Centerville Carryout. Light copper pour with a massive head that is sustained, big lacing. This one may be past its prime: aromas of earthy hops, pine and grapefruit, are light and almost stale, also some cereal malts. Taste is much like the nose: decent hops presence with a a sweet malt balance but still a tad weak. Would love to try this one fresh. Nice story behind this beer, especially for this Tennessean.

The picture on the label drew me in, and the solidness of the beer kept me there. An orange rust coloured pour with an off-white cap. The aroma is caramel, fruits, and citrus. The flavour is similar to the aroma. The commercial description claims this is a beer for hopheads, but I didn't taste enough hops.

My first time trying some beer from this brewery, and I was quite impressed: Pours a bright clear orange colour with a medium sized white head. Floral in every aspect, aroma is pleasently sweet with grapefruit on the nose. Taste is citrusy, off dry and generous with hops and slight spicey notes.

pored from a bottle to a clear copper color with a thick white head that ended clinging to the edges. the aroma was fresh and malty with a hint of hop behind it. this ia a decent pale with a decent hop finish behind it. to me this would be a good session beer.

From the bottle. Pours a clear copper with a nice slightly off-white head. Aroma is light and hoppy/piney. Little fizzy on the mouthfeel. Flavor is somewhat sweet with a very light lingering bitter aftertaste.

Bright copper pour with a dark red tint. Real thick lasting tan head and some decent lacing. Plenty of fresh hops in the aroma, flowery with crisp malts. Robust and full bodied, it's a hearty pale ale with a nice hop bite. Flavor has a good balance, heavy malty body that is biscuity with some minor caramel. Lots of Cascade hops that lend generous fruity, flowery, and bitter flavors. This is very nice.

Clear light copper/amber with a small head. Hoppy aroma with pine, pith, and lemon pepper. Malty, bready sweetness in the flavor. Lingering hops and candied fruits. Touch of caramel
