It poured a translucent red with orange hues and a huge white head that quickly collapsed. The aroma was sweet malt, some nuttiness and a little hoppy floralness. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour was more towards the grainy malt side with some grapefruity hoppish tones thrown in the mix.

The beer poured a translucent golden-brown with a thick foamy long-lasting white head out of a can with a widget. The aroma was grainy malt, some hops, and citrusy notes. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour was grainy malt, and some hops. Refreshingly good, but not outstanding.

I tried this beer on on tap on May 14, 2009 at "Smokeless Joe's" in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The beer poured a slightly translucent solid red with a short lived tan head that laced. The aroma was grainy malt, raspberries, and sweaty socks. The mouthfeel was weak bodied (almost watery) with medium-high carbonation. The flavour was tart raspberries, green apples, metallic steel and some malt. Not a beer I will try again.
