The beer poured a cloudy orange gold in the tulips glass with a thin shite sticky head. The aroma was citrusy hops, some pine, and no detectable malt. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with mild carbonation. The flavour was grapefruit, lemon, with a little bit of grainy malt.

The beer poured a very dark brown with a thick light brown bubbly head. The aroma was roasted malt, coffee, and molasses. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour was sweet, but not too sweet, lots of roasted malt, some chocolate, and a bitter finish. A great beer.

The beer poured a cloudy golden orange colour with a bubbly snow white head (and as a Canadian - I've seen a LOT of snow). The aroma was jasmine, some perfumey hops, and cereal malt. The mouthfeel is weak to medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour is grainy malt, soap, and a weak hoppish hint followed by a weak bitter finish. A new brewer to add to my conquests, but this beer did not wow me!

I tried this beer on June 17, 2010 at "Smokeless Joe's" in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The beer poured a translucent golden colour, with reddish hues, and a 1/2 inch white cap. The aroma was citrusy hops, grainy malt, and pine. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour was grapefruity hops, cereal malt, citrus, and a bitter finish

This is review #500 (on BeerPal). The beer poured a sold b;ack colour with a 1/2 inch tan head. The aroma was roasted malt, coffee, chocolate, and molasses. The mouthfeel was thin to medium bodied, with medium carbonation. Quite weak for a stout. The flavour was roasted malt, acidic coffee, chocolate, with a bitter finish

The beer poured a black colour with a thin tan ring. The aroma was dark chocolate, cocoa, and a faint hint of hops. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with medium carbonation, and a smooth feel. The flavour was scrumptious with a nice velvety slightly chocolate taste in every mouthfeel, and a nice bitter finish.

The beer poured a translucent honey-gold colour into the glass with orange hues and a 1" thick foamy head. The aroma is lemon, tea, and some grainy malt tones. The mouthfeel was light to medium bodied, with medium carbonation. The flavour was bitter tea, citrus, and some malt balance.

The beer poured a murky pinkish-red colour with a very thin head. The aroma was wheat malt, hibiscus, and some sweet fruit notes. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour was a combination of tart floralness with a sweet fruit component. I've had much better beers by this brewer.

The beer poured a transparent medium gold colour with a thin white head and mild effervescence. The aroma was grainy malt, grass, and floral hops. The mouthfeel was medium bodied, crisp, and medium carbonated. The flavour is grainy, grassy, with a bitter finish. Clean, but unimaginitive.
