The beer poured a dark golden colour, hazy, with brownish hues. The aroma was very citrsuy hops, some caramel malt, and some pine. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour was pink grapefruit, with a little bit of malt. The hoppiest Canadian beer I've tried to date.

The beer poured a translucent pale gold with plenty of effervescence and a bubbly light tan coloured head that lasted a while. The aroma was floral hops and grainy malt. No sweet caramellish tones to be found. The mouthfeel was medium bodied, slightly creamy with medium carbonation. The flavour is well balanced. Lots of grassy maltiness balanced out by slightly bitter hops. Not as bitter as a lot of German beers, and not as 'sweet' as other Oktoberfests

Toronto's 1st annual Beer Week. The beer poured a solid golden orange with a small creamy thin tan coloured head. The aroma was citrusy hops, sweet malt, and oak. The mouthfeel was medium bodied, with medium carbonation. The flavour was citrusy hops, chewy biscuit malt, and a hint of caramel. A very well balanced IIPA.

    $5.75
Billed as Toronto's 1st Annual Beer Week
The beer was translucent gold with orange hues and a white foamy head. The aroma was grainy malt, some floral hops, and a hint of yeastiness. The mouthfeel was weak to medium bodied, with medium carbonatoin. The flavour was watered down malt, and detracted from the looks and aroma of this beer. The finish was bitter, but not so much hoppy.

The beer poured a translucent gold with orange hues, and almost no head, despite a vigourous pour. The aroma was grainy malt, some slight sweetness, with some floral hops. The mouthfeel was thin bodied, medium carbonation, and slightly acidic. The flavour saw grainy malt, acid, and weak bitter finish.
