The beer poured a very dark brown, almost metallic in colour with a very thin white head. The aroma was roasted malt, molasses, and plenty of dark fruit. The mouthfeel was full-bodied, slightly creamy, with medium carbonation. The flavour was sweet malt, candy sugar, and dark fruit. Exceptional.

The beer was dark brown with a tan coloured head. The aroma was grainy malts, with a weak hoppish presence. The mouthfeel was very thin, almost watery, with only mild carbonation. The flavour was very weak. Some graininess, nuttiness, and a weak bitterness to finish with.

I tried this beer on tap on April 30, 2010 at "Duggan's Brewery" in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This was not on the menu and was replacing the Czech Pils on tap. No number was assigned, but the bill said #10.

The beer was translucent amber in colour, slightly hazy, with a thin white bubbly head. The aroma was malt, hops, and some sweet caramel hints. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour was malty, slightly sweet, with a hoppy bite and a bitter finish.

First of all, I almost picked up one of these 2 years ago, and at that time the ABV was 4.6%. Tis can looks exactly the same as the one from 2 years ago, except the ABV is now only 4%. The beer poured a translucent pale yellow-gold with a huge generous white bubbly head. The aromatic features were grassy malt, wet steel, and a tad hint of hops. The mouthfeel was weak bodied, almost watery, and highly carbonated. The flavour was weak grainy malt and water.

The beer poured a translucent medium gold with a thin white head that disappeared quickly. The aroma was cheap malt, grain, and a weak floral sense. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour was awful, sweet grainy malt.
