The beer poured a semi-translucent orange-red with a generous 1" bubble tan coloured cap that slowly receded. The aroma was grains, nutty malt, and some floral hoppy hints. The mouthfeel was medium-bodied, and mildy carbonated. The flavour was grainy malt, some grassiness, and a slight bitter finish.

I tried this beer on January 29, 2010 at "Smokeless Joe's" in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The beer poured a very pale gold colour, quite possibly the palest beer I've seen out of a bottle. with a very thin white head. The aroma was very weak with grainy malt, and metallic hints. The mouthfeel was medium-thin with medium carbonation. The flavour was grainy malt, with a bitter metallic finish

    $28.65
This is my first beer of 2010. The beer poured a semi-translucent orange brown with a thin tan coloured head...very light for a Quad. The aroma was very weak, but did have some malt and yeast. The mouthfeel was medium bodied, and mildly carbonated. The flavour was sweet malt, sugar, yeast, and plums. A good beer, but not in the same class as Trappist/Belgian quad

The beer poured a cloudy dark gold colour with a generous dark brown rockey head. The aroma is weak grainy malt, and floral hops. The mouthfeel is thin to medium bodied, with medium carbonation. The flavour is hop heavy with a definite grapefruit/citrus profile. The beer however is overpriced!
