I tried this beer on December 30, 2009 at "Smokeless Joe's" in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The beer pours a hazy medium gold colour with a 1" white head that lasts a while. The aroima was grassy malt, yeast, and some floral hop tones. The mouthfeel was medium bodied, with medium-high carbonation. The flavour was grassy malt, yeast, and some sweet tones and spiciness.

Clear yellow, big lasting white lacing foam head. Barley aroma, some sweet notes. Great soft smooth beer feeling, nice beer from beer country Belgium. (Velp 201603)

Lightly sweet aroma and flavor with some cereal type graininess in the flavor and feel. Light Belgian spice and honeysuckle like sweetness. Had with lobster. Ok overall but nothing special.

it is a beer with a beautiful golden color of gold, a thin foam that disappears quickly. it has the smell of hops. in the mouth we find that tone of hops that gives a bitter taste but sour. it gives flavor of smoke, hay.

A deep amber colored beer with a big foamy textured, white head rising above. Nice hang time on this one, settling eventually into a light soapy ringlet and film atop the body. The nose is yeast and esters. The body is light to light medium, well carbonated and a light smoothness. The tasting is yeast, spices, and gentle fruits and bready malts. Not bad. But not great.

A non-sour beer from the Petrus people, good job. A golden pour with a medium sized head, slightly cloudy with reddish hints. Light fruity aroma with some cereal malt. The flavour was light, grainy, and refreshing.

Aroma: Apples, light grains, and a touch of hay.
Appearance: Solid golden yellow body, clear, with a ton of bubbles right from the get-go. Smaller sized head 1/2" head, esp after have a couple of tripel’s which had thick caps.
Taste: Very clean. Light fruity and grain notes, little in the way of noticeable hops.
Palate: Medium carbonation, nothing sticky , finish is quick and clean. Slight alcoholic burn.
Overall: Easy to drink, but a bit high in alcohol for a session beer. The one bottles was just right. -

330 ml bottle. Poured in the original Petrus tulip glass a cloudy orange / pale amber colored beer with a two fingers slight beige creamy foamy head that had a very good retention. Active carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is sweet grainy malts, yeast, floral hops, hints of fruits and honey, some sourness. The flavour is grassy malts, yeast, candy sugar, hints of licorice. The mouthfeel is smooth and surprising quite watery. This medium to full bodied beer has a light sweety malts finish. For me , a disappointement.
