Poured a nice copper with decent head and good lacing. There was a noticible amount of carbonation whichenhanced the malty flavor and aroma. This brew would go well with cheese and summer sausage.

Wisconsin Rainbow Red Ale poured a red body with little head(some lacing). The taste was hoppy with a sweet tone. Some spice (or pepper) flavor too. A very drinkable red ale and pretty good overall ale.

12 oz. bottle. Medium to dark amber color. Small to medium sized white foamy head, with strong lacing. Aroma is fruity and sweet. A medium bodied ìaleî. Malts are fruity and sweet. Hops are somewhat bitter and citrusy. Touch of peppers and cloves. I m not sure just what in the hell this beer wants to be, It gets better as it warms up, but I still donít know what it wants to be when it grows up. Itís a little bit more like an amber ale, yet it has that pepper and spicy in it as well. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.

hazy, rusty red-orange color with a nice lasting head with nice lacing. medium body. The aroma here is bright, fruity, and clean with sour cherry notes...........This comes across a little watery at first but the flavor is rather complex and sort of elusive under the bright, refreshing nature of this. A nice fruity-bitter flavor, think strawberry rhubarb, with a tangy, rusty dry finish............The nice blend of hops is dominant, but doesnt overpower the tangy malts. Supremely drinkable, this also has sort of a belgian character to its fruitiness. A nice take on a ReD

Wisconsin Rainbow Red Ale pours a cloudy medium brown color with a nice frothy head. Aroma is mostly hoppy, with a sweet fruity note. Mouthfeel is clean, crisp and smooth. Flavor is interesting...oddly fruity, malty, with an extremely dry, slightly bitter finish. Overall, EXTREMELY clean and drinkable. I really like this beer! I wish I could buy this locally!
