Description: A deep, almost sinister red appearance with aromas of caramel and tropical hops combine with a rich caramel flavour that gradually fades to a clean hoppy finish. History & Style: Traditionally an american amber ale brewed at a higher strength and hopped like an IPA. Tasting Notes: A rich and sweet red IPA emboldened by Cascade hops. Red Doe is a herbal and spicy beer that remains highly drinkable despite its impenetrable appearance and bold flavour profile. Food Pairings: A nice complement to a spicy pasta dish or a pizza.
