    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 6

500 ml capped bottle. Poured an unfiltered and hazy amber-chesnut coloured A A with a minimal beige foamy head that had no retention and a couple of micro bubbles. No retention. No lacing. The aroma is faint caramel and fruity tones, raisins. The flavour is sweety and grainy malts, caramel, butter toffees, brown sugar and a spicy touch, cinnamom. The mouthfeel is round, light crispy and sparkling, and sweety. This medium bodied A A has a dry sweety and malty finish. A decent Amber Ale from a young brewery, located in the Departement de l'Yonne in the French Burgund.
