    Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8

250 capped bottle, bought at the brewery, in Vézelay. Poured in the original and magnificent Vézelay stemmed glass an unfiltered and hazy mahogany-brown coloured A A with a one finger beige creamy foamy head that had a mid-sized retention and tons of micro bubbles. Low carbonation. No lacing. The aroma is sweety malts, citrussy fruits and grassy tones. The flavour is sweety malts, a caramel touch, pronounced herbal notes and citrussy tones. The mouthfeel is quite thin, prickly and effervescent. The texture is watery. This light to medium bodied A A has a dry malty finish. An easy drinkable, refreshing and well flavoured glutenfree Amber Ale from the French Burgundy.
