Known as Tuborg Guld in Denmark. Has a duplicate entry at BeerPal as "Tuborg International Gold Label". This is a quite acceptable medium-strong lager, but nothing extraordinary.

I found this to be a odd tasting beer. It was sort of sweet but had a thick taste to it something between fruit and chalk. It has a nice gold color and big white head with a good smell of hops.

You may notice the huge chasm between the unit cost and serving size. It was something like that... I was in Romania and drank vast quattities of this stuff - it was so cheap, as was all the stuff there at that time. I remember paying 15-20 cents for a pint! It was average beer, but the weather was hot and the beer was cold - and you can't beat the cost. had a blast on that trip!

Fairly good lager. Pours nice golden color with big head that laces. Smells kind of sweet (aroma is really nice). The flavor is a little sweeter than I am used to but this beer is super smooth.

Its a light and very smooth beer. Taste is calm and suttle with a mild yet rich taste. Not a bad beer to try. Sure as hell beats anything in North America.

Poured pale gold with thick foamy cap that laced well down the glass. Aroma is a little grassy with some malt and subtle hop as well. Taste is pretty well balanced but also very average and forgettable. No discerning characteristics to nake this stand out. Mouthfeel was very thin and there was almost zero carbonation in this bottle. Overall this is a pretty average lager. Not bad but nothing i would go out of my way for either.

Offwhite head, pale yellow/straw colour. Husky grain aroma, grassy/green notes. Initial mouthfilling euro hops & light malts. Flavour...then....disappears !?! I'm left with...a trace of bitterness, but nothing else. By now the head has gone also. Perhaps this beer doesn't want to be in the same room as me (who can blame it).... but I wouldn't mind it lingering around a bit longer.. Promises lots, delivers less.

Imported brown 330ml bottle with no freshness date. "Gold Label Beer, Biere De Luxe". Pale, clear, yellow color with a short white head. Foam quickly shrinks away, limited lacing. Smell is kind of grassy, slightest amount of hoppiness. Not much for flavor, grainy and grassy, pretty typical. Thin and somewhat watery mouthfeel. Little bit of a metallic aftertaste. Another basic Euro Lager, but at least it isn't in a green bottle.

Golden in color with a big bubbly head.Malty and hoppy aroma and taste. though it gives no big surprises with aroma or flavour. It did pour a nice fluffed head with staying power.

500ml can: Poured a pale yellowish lager with a quite huge pure white foamy head with great retention and some lacing. Aroma of malt is weak and somewhat watery. Taste is dominated by some light malt and some very subtle hops. I wouldn’t day that this is a bad beer but probably lack a bit of character which makes it a bit boring but still provide a good refreshment during summertime.

Can from the good ole LCBO. Not a bad euro-brew. Very strong flavour with a decent aroma and a bit of hops and malt flavour. Recommeended for a Euro Lager
