A great weizenbock. This is so different from any of the other divine reserves that Saint Arnold has released. It has the lowest ABV, lightest aroma, but probably the smoothest released. The banana flavor is very evident and there is a slight clove aftertaste as the description indicates. This beer is very unique to the Saint Arnold brewing company but this is a divine and has its own special qualities. Pours an opaque, almost black color with about an inch of head that is a dark cream color that will lace the glass. The aroma is on the light side but you can tell that this beer has been cared for very well by the aroma. Try it an enjoy it. The beer's lesser but more distinct qualities come out as you empty your glass.

Amazing beer. Saint Arnold never lets you down with a release of Divine Reserve. Awesome American Barleywine with a ton of hops. This is like a hybrid beer that is one of the most amazing things that I have had. First couple of sips are very similar to an IPA but you have a great barleywine aftertaste. Pours a dark rusty color with little but very fine sediment. There is a little head that has medium thickness but lingers for awhile and laces the glass. ABV is well concealed. Very enjoyable beer. Very hard for me to get.

Nice barley from dogfish. Can taste alcohol. dark brown and cloudy with a dogfish sweet taste. Fruity tasting and a little different.

Good beer from shiner. This is probably their best. I like it a lot and it is inexpensive. I've bought it more than once. Black when poured. Light head that goes away quick. Strong malty taste.

This was a very weird beer. From the aroma, you might not notice that it was brewed with chipotle. You can tell right when you take the first sip though that peppers are in it. It isn't spicy hot but you get the taste of peppers with your beer. The foam is kind of spicy though. Different.
