This mammoth IPA is defined by generous quantities of premium hops and balanced with a premium selection of English malt. Traditionally unfiltered IPA's lead to the slight haze appearance. An extensive dry-hopping process contributes to its very intense floral hop aroma. The IPA is unfiltered and as always, unpasteurized to leave all the natural flavors intact. If you're at the brewery you'll know what style of beer every brewer has in his hand.

355 ml bottle, from the Norwegian importer. ABV is 6.3%. Deep golden colour, moderate white head. Pleasant aroma of citrus / oranges, also notes of flowers and spruce. Slightly dry flavour, grapefruity and resinous hops with a bitter finish, sufficient malts.

First from this brewery, pouring a clean amber colour with a big off-white, warm cap, good retention and creamy-foamy lacing. Sweet nose at first, but the grassiness comes out with time. So, hoppy over the caramel malt base. Kind of berry notes at first pour. The taste is mildly hoppy, but nothing too crazy. Somewhat dry, but again - not too the max. The base is almost more cereal grains. Not a bad IPA, but more old school, without being a hopbomb.

This beer has been around for a while and I just got around to giving it a go. It is a really good go-to-IPA. Nice citrusy hop profile with a midweight body. I'd pick this up anyday of the week.

It pours a dark coppery orange body with about a small foamy fluffy off-white head. Leaves lots of thin webbed lacing all over the glass. Looks very nice. The aroma is not a particularly intricate or amazing aroma, bready, floral, piney, grassy, soapy, juicy citrus fruit presence (orange, grapefruit.) The taste follows the aroma with bready malt base, and juicy, fruity, resinous, piney hop presence. Oranges, mangoes, grapefruit, pine, slight sugary sweetness. Lots of hop bitterness, but nicely balanced with the bready malt bill. The mouthfeel is crisp, smooth, bitter, piney, & resinous on the finish. Slightly dry, which beckons the palate for another sip. Medium-bodied and very easy drinking.

12 ounce bottle from Publix, in Tamarac (FL). Finally scored a Georgia beer, after a few years of trying. A good looking pour of clear amber under a dainty ivory head. Fine aroma of citrus, pine, and malt. Above average mouthfeel. Flavour was every bit as good as the aroma. Sweet notes to finish. Very nicely done. A bomber size would've been better.

Gift from JJ. Opaque golden orange with white lasting, lacing, lip sticking foam head. Aroma is nice hoppy, some floral, sun flowers. Tastes nice bitter with lasting aftertaste. (Kemmel 201407)

Nose is a bit subduedwith some peach lemon pepper and pine. Pours a clear medium copper body, surprising for an unfiltered beer. Topped with a respectable thick white head that leaves good lace and has good retention. Drinking in the Budweiser bar at the Atlanta Airport on a 4 hour layover to Key West, where you can actually smoke and drink, thus the price. Mouth is slick with carbonation spot on and the body medium. Pine and lemon in the flavor, some honey in mid taste, the hops are more about flavor than bittering although it does have a nice bite. Finishes clean dry and smooth. This is a really nice crew. Alcohol very well masked. Dangerously session able.

A dull yellow-orange colored beer with a big frothy textured off white head rising above. There's good hang time on the head. It settles eventually into a thick soapy ringlet. A citric-floral bouquet on the nose. Bold citric-floral hops well balanced by caramel malt. Light, crisp and refreshing as a summer IPA should be.

On tap at camping-music festival. Flavor barely gets an 8....but too good to be a straight seven (Edited on 7/8/16.....Make that a 7). Decent IPA, not great, but slightly better than the middle-of-the-road. Some good malt there giving it a medium-orange appearance and hearty flavor. Hopped ok too. Slightly over-carbed which brings the mouthfeel down...also affects the flavor somewhat. Thought this had potential to be better, but it is what it is.

Nice lively nose, not west coast but not no coast either. Pretty true to style looking, a bit light on flavor but decent resin punch, still better than most Midwest ipas. It really opened up at 55 degrees and made me wish I had the whole 6 pack.
