Nose: Rainy meadow, wet fall leaves, salty sea shore, fig, vanilla, fresh biscuit. Clear yellow body topped with moderate white head, leaves a skim coat and decent lace. Mouth: a bit Creamy medium Flavor: A bit sour, a bit medicinal/aspirin some bitter in the end. Very very green, tart no sweet. Some farmhouse funk, hint of bitter green herbs.

Solid citra nose balanced with some bread notes and a hint of pine. Slightly hazed pale gold body topped with minimal head and no lace. Nice mouth, not quite chewy, good tingle. Not complicated but excellent balance; pineapple, orange peel, some drying on the finish which is clean with decent bittering and alcohol slightly warming. Not a classic pale ale (citra) but very drinkable!

Classic pils nose, grassy touch of vanilla, Clear pale gold body topped with a white head leaving a nice skim coat no lace constant effervescence. Moderate body perhaps a bit too carbonated. Flavor is mild pils, slightly off-putting aftertaste is a bit too astringent/aspirin. Overall a pretty good attempt.

Nose as unusual as its name. Very faint vanilla, bubblegum, touch of grass. NEIPA milkshake body is cloudy pale peach, moderate off-white head leaves skim coat and no lace. Thin body, good tingle. Non-descript flavor profile is un-complex, surprisingly pils-like, grass, apricot, sessionable.

Coffee Porter: Nose of coffee, chocolate, vanilla, and green herbal notes. Deep brown opaque body topped with short-lived caramel-colored head which leaves a good skim coat and good lacing. Mouth is medium bodied, slightly creamy and quite fizzy. Flavor is complex, some coffee a bit of chocolate in mid taste, sweet near the end and then finishes slightly bitter. As often (it seems to me) with chocolate and/or coffee brews there is some hint of artificial flavoring. Not saying it IS artificial. Its probably my palette and something about the way alcohol, which is slightly present here, the chocolate combine.
