Pours a cloudy beige-amber colour with a decent head and retention. Tiny particules flow everywhere through the brew. I smell chocolat and oranges with hints of caramel. The taste is light with a slight edge of bitterness. Hop stays on the tongue for the aftertaste. The aroma seems to be the saviour for this one.

Pourred a deep amber brew with a huge head with good retention. Carbonation is huge. This seems to be a consistent thing with Schoune. When there beers are well bottled, which is half of the time, the carbonation is great. Over all, this beer is a lighter version of the reb'ale beer from the same brewery (less alcohol, less spice, less body). Does mean it is a bad beer, just a lighter beer.
