Brewed to celebrate the changing season, Cabin Fever is loaded with midnight roasted malt, pouring a deep black colour and paying homage to those dark days behind, while buckets of big floral hops infuse a mind-warping hop kick big enough to boot you out the door from your self-imposed exile. Hibernation is over. Celebrate with this balanced beer for the unbalanced mind.

Pours a huge frothy tan head and has a dark brown appearance with ruby highlights. Thick patchy lacing. Aromas of roasted barley malts, earthy hops. Flavours are actually quite hoppy with notes of citrus hops, bready and sweet malts. Slick and creamy mouthfeel.

Pours a dark brown with ruby highlights. Big frothy beige head, great retention and loads of creamy lacing. Grassy hop aromas over the mild roasted malts. The hops are more dominant in the taste. Sharp grass bitterness with a dry finish. Coffee and chocolate notes. A pretty good Imperial Black IPA for those who like the stronger hops in these one. Recommended for hopbombs lovers that also like the alcohol.

I always rate this style of beer highly as they are my two favorite brews in one. Pine and grapefruit in the aroma and flavour. Coffee and roasted malt help the flavour. Medium mouthfeel, long lasting aftertaste.

The beer pours a solid dark brown with black edges and a generous light tan coloured head. The aroma is grapefruit hops, roasted malt, and coffee. The mouthfeel is medium full bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is strong grapefruit notes with hints of weak coffee and cereal malts.

Bomber from Central City. Pour of dark brown, nearly black, and a big foamy head of light brown. Lots of lace and a healthy ring were the result. Finally a black IPA with a proper aroma: malt paired with a correct hop/pine foundation. Flavour, well, not so good, having a coffee influence. Too bad, as the rest was quite enjoyable. Smooth yet bitter finish.
