Pours a nice clear cola brown with a fairly thick but not very persistent pale beige head. Aroma is yeasty and has hints of spices and caramel. Flavor is rather spicy, yeasty and malty with a caramel undertone. Texture is smooth with a good strong tingle to it.

Pours dark brown with a slight burgandy tinge to it. Light tan head. Aroma is malty. Flavor was very full and malty. Although it's called a bock it definately tastes like an amber ale like Fat Tire. Good beer. Can't wait to try more from this brewery!

Sampled from bottle. Pours dark copper with a thin tan head. Pleasant bready, sweet malt aroma. Sweet, but not quite cloying, with a fairly complex malt profile. After a few drinks the sweetness begins to take a toll. Full bodied. Uncharacteristic of Ofallon's beers. Most likely would not purchase again.

Pours dark brown with red highlights and small, fading head. Aroma boasts sweet malt and little else. The flavor is bready and intensely sweet with a strong molasses character that tricks your mind into feeling the beer is thick. I do find it undercarbonated. I would not recommend this beer.
