poured from a bomber. first glass was crystal clear, second glass was a touch cloudy from the bottle conditioning. different taste than I was expecting. malty up front and then the hops show up in force. a nice solid session beer to me. thanks to my dude kelly for the gift of this fine brew!

Bottle. Pours a clear copper color with a thick off-white head. Slight lacing. Aroma is hoppy with a bit of sour grape in it. Flavor is similar to that of a lot of red ales, but almost has a more sour finish like Flemish sour. A nice beer, and very flavorful. Just not what I expected.

From a bottle. Pours a hazy copper color with a decent sized white head. Aroma is hoppy w/ an underlying sweetness. Flavor is bitter, but not much of an aftertaste. Flavor is a little bit sour, I think possibly didn't age well. Overall a good beer.

Drak copper brew with a tan head.Medium bodied. Good malty backbone with a big hoppy finish.Looks like the East coast is trying to emulate Stone.

This is a very nice India Pale Ale. It has clear amber color, and pours with no head. It is quite hoppy in both taste & flavor. It's quite drinkable.

How about that, a red IPA, although the brewer told me it was an American Style Amber. Sweet, malty aroma with minimal head. Concord grapes are a flavor in here as this stuff is pretty damn hoppy. I had this paired with a bitter green salad with a grapefruit vinegarette at a brewers dinner. This guy cam make some beer.

Poured a copper color with a small and sticky off white head and light lacing on the glass. Spicy and super citrusy nose, followed also by a nice caramel maltiness. Nicely balance of sweet malts and finishing bitter. An extremely well balanced IPA, and nothing is over the top. McNeills continues to wow me.
