Bottle. Colour - slightly hazed light golden red colour, thin creamy off-white head, almost no lacing. Aroma - light fruits, weak citrus, floral hops, definite cereal grain aroma. Mouthfeel - medium bodied, over carbonated. Flavour - Very well balanced between slightly sweet malt tones, some citrus fruit notes, and a mild bitter hop finish.

Bottle from Marché Omni with a production date of 01/2013. Pours a hazy amber colour with a creamy-foamy light beige cap, great retention and lots of soapy spotted lace. Also written on front label "amber ale", under "Pale Ale Américaine". Beautiful fruity nose with some plums, raisins, and nuts. Quite malty with good quality malts. Slick and smooth, nice mouthfeel. The taste is good balance between the hoppy dryness and some roasted and caramel malts. This is quite a well-blended amber beer, a-la-American Pale Ale.

Draft at Brasseurs du temps back in May. Good pour, super fresh, ample solid off white cap, slippery ropy lacing, crystal clear deep amber beer. Good floral bouquet, lots of deep citrus aroma, orange, sweet ruby red grapefruit, cherry, good blended malt (what malts, I’m not sure), aromatic and quite potent. Interesting sourness, seems to be linked strongly with the fresh unsweetened grapefruit. Lacks flavour, overall disappointing after the impressive aroma. Weak candy, dulling hops, pine. Drying, slightly tart, good soft carbonation, long dry mild bitter finish.
