    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 7

330 ml capped bottle. Poured an unfiltered hazy burgundy-brown coloured Amber with a one finger dark beige foamy head that had a mid-sized retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is sweety malts, caramel, spicy tones and faint floral hops. The flavour is rich, toasted malts, caramel, ashes, dried fruits, walnuts, riped fruits, raisins and a peppery touch. The mouthfeel is crispy, round and ended with an odd watery-syrupy feeling. This medium bodied Amber has a dry malty finish. A pleasant French Amber Ale.
