Since 2003, the Saint-Germain brewery brews Ax-Noulette, near Bethune and Lens (62), recognized quality beers. These are not pasteurized and receive a second fermentation in the bottle ensuring their natural conservation. Many of our beers are regularly rewarded at various national and international competitions and allow our brewery to enjoy ever growing reputation. In 2008, the brewery has chosen to use only single hops from the cooperative production of French Flanders in order to contribute to the maintenance of these cultures in our region and to manage its supplies in accordance sustainable development. Many investments in both hardware men have been made during the last 2 years to allow the brewery to ensure steady growth while maintaining the highest quality craftsmanship and character to our productions. To date nearly 6000 hl Page 24 are marketed in France but also abroad, to the delight of avid consumers of sensations hopped.
