Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7
330 ml capped bottle, as a 5.9 % ABV. Poured an unfiltered hazy amber-orange coloured Ale with a good three fingers slightly beige foamy head that had a long retention and tons of micro- and some bigger bubbles. Mid-sized carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is sweety malts, fruity, apples, citrus and honey notes. The flavour is yeasty, light sweety caramel malts, sourish apples peels, bitter herbs. The mouthfeel is crispy, light sparkling and dry. This medium bodied Ale has a dry fruity finish. A nice balanced Ale brewed under contact in one of the most promising French brewery, located in North of France.
