Kelham Island is one of the great brewpubs in my opinion (and mine's the only one that counts - ain't it!
Casked at the brewpub, I've also had the Ridley's bottled version
    Aroma: Grass, citrus, floral hops
Appearance: Pale gold, white head, some effervescence in the cask version
    Mouthfeel: Medium bodied
Flavour: citrusy hops, weak fruit, grain
Overall: A very refreshing beer, that while better on cask, is almost as good in the bottle. One of my new favourites.

500 ml bottle, courtesy of Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. BB date Oct. 08. ABV is 5.2%. When opening, the beer started gushing out of the bottle. Deep golden to amber colour, slightly hazy, big white head. Nice hoppy aroma, citrus and floral notes, a hint of toffee. The flavour is distinctly hoppy and grapefruity throughout, but never too bitter. The hoppy fruitiness also has a sufficient malty base, and my bottle had a hint of brettanomyces. Long aftertaste of hoppy bitterness. Good stuff!

Cask@Market Porter. Slightly hazy golden colour, not much head. Aroma is riped fruit, fruity hops and some grass and wood. Flavour is big sourish fruity hops and some hints of grass. Long grassy and fruity hops in aftertaste.

Although a shadow of it's former glory, still a beer to search for. Pale and slightly hazy with big head when served through sparkler. Creamy yet sweet and refreshing - a very good session beer - one of my top 10.

On draught. A great pale ale. Aroma is very hoppy. The color is a yellowy orange and it has a fine short lived head. The flavor is very sweet, hoppy and malty with orange notes. Drinks well below its gravity.
