Bottle conditioned. Bottle number 355455Copper coloured with a slim beige head. Visibly quite highly carbonated. Aroma of caramel, malt, fruit, sherry, brown sugar, honey, raisins. Flavours are malty, spicey, hops, honey, treacle and dark fruits. Alcohol only just detectable. Full bodied, but a little too lively. I will age the other bottles. Excellent.

Bottle. Dark brown coloured with a good sized off-white head. Nice roasted malt aroma. Interesting malty flavour, some chocolate perhaps and a light bitter finish. Smooth. I wish it had more alcohol, but very good nontheless.

Bottle conditioned. Dark ruby coloured with a slim light brown head. Nice aroma of chocolate malts. Flavours are malts, chocolate, coffee and some bitter hops. Mouthfeel is a touch oily for me, but not bad.

Bottle 4.4%. Nice amber colour with a slim and steady white head. Aroma is sweet and spicey, some fruit, some hops. Flavours are malts, pine, hops and caramel. Medium bodied, low carbonation. Unusual but impressive.

Bottle conditioned. Golden colour with a thick white head. Fruity and spicey aroma. Flavours are hoppy, fruity and sour. A bit too sour, it’s distracting. Firm bodied. I almost like it.
