    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 7

750 ml swing-top bottle. Poured in a stemmed tulip glass an unfiltered and golden-orange coloured Spiced Ale with a one finger light beige foamy head that had a mid-sized retention and tons of micro bubbles. Sustained carbonation. Poor lacing. The aroma is sweety malts, grassy hops and vegetables, artichoke hearts. The flavour is moderate malty, a honey touch, salty sea-water (!), spicy, coriander, artichoke hearts, pepper and hoppy bitter. The mouthfeel is thin and light sticky. The texture is watery. This light bodied Spiced Ale has a dry spicy and hoppy bitter finish. The sea-water feeling needs an adaptation time. This flavoured Spiced Ale, if not so easy drinkable, is an interesting project and the try worth !
