Golden in color with almost no head. Somewhat dough-like aroma with a sweet and doughy flavor. Not much to it, but it was a nice beer. Could have used more hops.

As the other review mentioned, I thought this was a nice "mellow" beer. Light brown color with a little head. I'd like to have this one again. Very smooth going down...just like most of the other Iron Hill brews. Nice balance of sweetness and hops.

GABF '03. Nice light brown color. Mellow hop taste along with mild caramel roasted malt. A mellow bock but very drinkable.

I've had this a few times at the Media location over the years. The beer is amber with a decent white head. Most notable was the sweet malty and doughy aroma and flavor. Quite easy to drink, as it should be. This week I suggested the beer at lunch to a dozen of my co-workers and I believe every single one of them liked it!

Poured a gold color with a very little white head. Toasty, doughy, sweet and malty aroma. Taste was bready, caramel malts, and a slight alcohol bite.
