    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 9 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 9 | Overall: 8

it's a clear gold beer with a fine foam, good carbonation, it smelled fresh and grainy. In mouth it's fresh sweety and grainy a good biterness in end of mouth, the flavor was round and complex it's quite deep and we can fill a lot of think. again a good beer !

Bottle, bought in the brewery. Poured a clear deep gold colored bock with a great white foamy head that had a long retention. Super lacings. Intense carbonation. The aroma is sweet grainy malts and herbal hops. Barnyard smell. The flavour is a robust bitter-sweet combination. The mouthfeel is a slight resinous hoppy sensation. This medium to full bodied beer has a long hoppy finish with, due to the alcohol, a moreish warming effect. Waaoouuh! A magnificent well balenced bock. Thanks, Johannes! New rating from 03/28/2014 : 500 ml capped bottle, the brewer's gift, as a 7.0 % ABV. Poured in the original and old Huppendorfer Heller Bock Seidla a clear and golden-yellow coloured Bock with a generous three fingers almost white, creamy and pillowy foamy head that had a no-end retention and tons of micro bubbles. Lively carbonation. Great lacing. The aroma is solid malts, herbal and grassy hops and an easy detectable barnyard touch. The flavour is solid grainy and sweety malts, light biscuits, bready, a pronounced hoppy bitterness, with pine notes and spicy, with a peppery touch. The mouthfeel is fulled, quite thick, even sirupy. The texture is oily. This medium to full bodied Heller Bock has a lingering hoppy bitter and sweety malts finish. Easy (too !)and dangerously drinkable, tasty, magnificent balanced, a very well hidden alcohol, for short : colossal !! Well done and great job, Johannes, Thanks !
