Kind of a light copper color with thin white head. Fairly light aroma of sweet malts and maybe a little hops. There is an assertive hop presence that outweighs the traditional Mai Bock sweet maltiness. Nice well rounded beer. Sweet malt lingers into the after taste.

Very clear copper colored body, ok head and lace. Grassy and flowery tastes very obviously from the dry hopping as they note on the bottle, plenty of honey sweetness to round it out. its a smooth crisp bock, and it goes down pretty easy. Though I do not have much experience with this style but this one is probably the best i have tried so far..

This poured an amber color with a white head. The aroma contains some citrus, caramel, and candy sugars. The flavor is both sweet and bitter with some citrus showing up along with caramel and a bit of molasses and buscuit.. This seems to be spot on for the style and went well with my spicy bratwurst. Overall good beer.

A brught amber colored beer wuth a two finger soapy textured off white head. It settles fairly quickly. What is left is a mederate ringlet and impressive sticky film on each tip of the glas. The profile os sweet bready malt and grassy hops. Light-medium body and effervescent.

This time of year I am craving maibock and saying phooey to stouts, barleywines and all things dark and strong. Sorta like when people in restaurants stop ordering cocoa and start ordering iced tea. This is a good one after it sits out of the fridge for about an hour. Good maltiness and a hint of tettnang hops. Perfect for the first warm day of spring and if you're not careful attracting wasps.

Sprecher was at one time my favourite American brewery and this was my favourite Sprecher beer. Pours a beautiful golden orange colour with a thick foamy white head. Sweet malt and floral hops with some spicy scents. Lots of flavour here with the sweet malts and bitter hops. Highly drinkable.

Just what the doctor ordered for this warm, humid southwest Alabama evening... poured a nice coppery-orange color with just the right amount of carbonation - I was mesmerized by the continuous onslaught of bubbles rising from the center of my glass. Light to medium slightly off-white head with stellar lacing. Floral aroma, slightly sweet with a nicely balanced maltiness. Among my favorites of late.

Pours a light copper orange with a low white head. Weak and watery, flavors of bread and grass, flowery hops. All around OK but a bit on the watery side for me.

Very good brew. Pours light copper with floral aroma, maybe a bit herbal as well. Taste is slightly sweet and fruity--well balanced, smooth finish.

Pours a clear amber-orange with a medium creamy head leaving some lacing. Good carbonation. Aromas of sweet slightly bicuity malts with a hint of spring flowers and a very slight spicy hops. Taste is very clean with a great malty backbone with a slight sweet honeysuckle flowerness and a smooth balanced very slight hops finish.
