Smell the yeast right off the bat. Pure bread-in-the-glass right there. Then a really nice conflagration of hops and yeast. Loving the balance while also enjoying the relative heaviness. Candy sweetness at the front. The belgian trippel carries the middle. And the end is ruled by the hops. Easy to drink, easy to love.

Murky golden pour with some yeast sediment on the bottom. Medium sized bubbly head recedes too quickly. Good balance between the two styles. Belgian yeast, floral and solvent aroma. Flavour follows the nose, floral and fruity hops are a little more noticeable than the yeast. I prefer this over Stone Cali because it is more hop forward.

Pours a golden color with lots of foam. The aroma is of rotten hay. The mouth feel who knows it is so hoppy I cant even feel it. The taste is 100% hops.

Bomber from BCLDB Nordel Crossing. Not cheap at $9.50 but thoroughly enjoyable, so not such a bad buy after all. Pour was a hazy medium gold. Amazing head, hugely creamy beige with a shit-load of lace. Inviting aroma of yeast, hops, spices, and light fruits. Tart, fruity flavour, plus alcohol and spices. Solid, smooth mouthfeel and an even finish. Delightfully drinkable.

Pours cloudy amber with quite a bit of sediment and thick, lasting head. Smells grassy, floral, faintly spicy. Flavor is interesting. There is a very fresh yeastiness, peppery spiciness, floral hops flavor and more. There's a lot going on, yet it somehow does not seem overly complicated. Medium-bodied, pretty smooth, easy drinking for the strength. Enjoyable and, again, interesting.

There'a bit belgium here, but it's clearly an IPA all the way. Awesome hop bitter and flavor and enough body to back it up. Thick head and nice color.

Another green flash with a big lively nose, a juicyfruit type sweetness coupled with lively citrus. Looks almost the same as the rayon vert, similar bittering hops too, only more of them in this beer. A lively, slightly fruity, dry finishing flavor.

yes this is half ipa and half belgian style with enough of each that they dont fight with one another. The only thing that wins out is the amount of alcohol, which knocks your socks off.

A cloudy orange colored body with a bylminous textured white head that rises robustly above. There's great hang time on the head settling eventually into a thick film and ringlet. Yast, fruit in the nose. Through some floral hops into that nose profile. Sharp taste. Light bodied.

Very good offering, fairly simple and straightforward from the start. Fruity, peppery, and floral followed by a big Belgian yeast influence. Grassy hops and fruity esters dominate the aftertaste. Foamy white head on top of a clear copper body. Very dry with a firm, lingering bitterness and a soft boozy kick. A bit too dry, would like more depth with the malt profile to counter the floral spiciness.

Strong, hoppy aroma has a yeasty overtone and hints of wood and fruit. Pours a pretty clear amber with a fairly thick white head. Woody flavor has fruity and hoppy tones, a little bitterness, and hints of malt and butterscotch. Firm, lively texture leaves a tingly, woody, slightly bitter, slightly sweet finish. Freaky indeed!
