Teton Ale, the brewery's flagship brew, is brewed with a combination of 2-row Pilsner, German Light Munich, British Medium Crystal, German Carafoam, Belgian Special B, and pale wheat malts. An incredible mixture of malts, which gives this amber ale its copper color and malty sweet, caramel flavors. The malty profile is balanced with Czech Saaz, Willamette, UK Goldings, and Cascade hops, which lend a little spiciness to the aroma and flavor.

Quite a surprise with this beer. While a bit confused with Grand Teton's other offerings, this was solid from start to finish. A pretty simply sweet malty aroma, with no complexity or other aromas to pick-up from. Appearance is a solid brown color, opaque with a nice off-white one finger head. Taste is slightly sweet, subtle hops make this quite the easy drinking beer. Nice beer from Idaho. If you can find it, it's worth it to get as I found it for about a buck a bottle.

Pours a dark brown/red, the head is a nice beige, cloud-top formation with excellent lacing. Aroma of hops, grapes, citrus, and some spices. The mouthfeel is tangy, smooth, and full. Flavor of caramel malts/other malts, some spice, and bitterness. This is pretty awesome.

Good well-rounded amber. Deep orange color. sweet and nutty malt aroma. Slight hop bitterness in the backround. Not a heavy feel, in fact it's a little light in the mouth. Clean yet sweet finish.

nice burnt orange/brownish color and very nice malt aroma. The flavor was a nice malty flavor that i really enjoyed. I would for sure buy more of this if it were available here. I could easily spend and evening drinking this beer.

A very nice beer. The aroma is excellent with a very thick hoppy scent. Appearance is dark brown with a frothy head. Mouthfeel is a little rough on the pallet. Flavor is packed and includes lots of good spices.

I was impressed with the Sweet Grass IPA and the Bitch Creek ESB from these folks, and decided getting a sixer of this one would not be out of line. No, considering that this is my last bottle of the sixer (hey, where'd the other five go? ;) I'd say that this yet another worth-while beer from Grand Teton.
The very dark and reddish body backs up the label stating that this is an Amber. Was kinda disapointed to see the head of foam make a rather quick exit.
But the aroma picks up the ball and runs with it. Hoppy, but with also an underlying layer of breadyness that I appreciate in the likes of French farmhouse ales et al. Kinda odd to find that sort of thing here, but like Fat Tire used to be, the very subtle Belgian Baked Bread-thing works in this case.
Hints of chocolate in the front of the flavor profile, with the rather dry-ish mouthfeel giving way to the bitterness in the middle. A little astrigent in the backend, but not distractingly so. More malty cocoa notes in the backend too. Hops throughout, but not in a heavy-handed way, IMO.
Easy overall drinkability -- I can see how I powered through a sixer of this without really noticing it (over the span of a week or two, that is).
This is actually my least favorite of the Grand Teton beers I've had so far -- and it still blows by many other American Amber beers out there. Another worthy beer from the fine state of Idaho. :)
Music: Crowbar's "Live +1".

Medium brown color, small head. Aroma is malty. This is a lighter bodied amber. Malts are nutty and slightly sweet. Hops are mild. The taste is a little thin, but it still a very drinkable beer. Mouthfeel is round. Finish is clean. Aftertaste is malty and slightly sweet.
