330 ml capped bottle. Poured in the original Trompe-Souris tulip pint a hazy mid-brown coloured Ale with a huge three fingers beige foamy head that had a mid-sized retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is light roasted malts and sourish fruits, apples. The flavour is salty sea-water, some burnt coffee beans and notes of caramel. The mouthfeel is slight crispy and quite bitter-sourish. This light to medium bodied Ale has a dry sourish-aciditic finish. Not a very exiting Ale.
