Did Thomas Edison give up? .. . light caramel .. . medium foam .. . light wood, low malts .. . a bit of a blah beer, but good for an amber- i can see this going against the popo ambers .. . -Thomas Edison wasn't trying to invent something that was readily available in a wide variety of stores near his home.

Thanks to Bluesnbarbq for this beer. Despite apparently being listed as a pale ale, the label says amber ale. Nevertheless, this beer is rather tasty. solid brown color, nutty tones, and some caramel. The citrus hops come out in the finish. A nice brew...Thanks Louis!

Thanks to Lou for this one! Pours a clear amber, fun,semi-fruity but firm on the toastiness. slightly nutty, decent however in the hop dept. smooth, soft floral hops on the nose.

Among the best of this catagory that I've sampled. Pours a great looking golden amber color with a slight head and great lacing. The requisite fruit, hops and pine are present in a well-balanced proportion. Again, thanks to bluesandbarbq. This one did not dissappoint.

the style and part of the name say Pale, but the brewer's description and the bottle say Amber. light amber color with a nicely balanced aroma of fruity malt, nuts, and hops. a smooth easy drinking amber. not complicated, but pleasant in every aspect.

On tap @ Depot Street Brewery. Nice clear golden amber with a medium white head and some lacing. Slightly sweet aromas with fruits, a bit of nuts, a hint of toasted malts and slight floral and pine hops. Taste is clean with the malts first, a bit of fruits then a decent dose of citrus and pine hops. Nice brew.
