750 ml corked and caged bottle. Poured an unfiltered, hazy and dark amber-chesnut coloured Ale with a two fingers beige soapy foamy head that had a long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is faint toasted malts, cereals, hay. The flavour is sweety toasted malts, cereals, toffee and a dry,but unpleasant, bitterness. The mouthfeel is crispy, a bit oily and watery. This medium boided Ale has a dry malty and sticky finish. Not the expected Festive Ale, a disappointement.
