I shared a table and this beer with Upstate Dave and his wife at Coleman's Pub in Syracuse (an excellent place with excellent company as well). I really liked the amber coloring, head and bubble action. The taste was quite smooth and delicious....mildly hoppy. I recommend both Coleman's as a stop in Syracuse and this beer-you won't go wrong on either account.

Tried one of these with Canandaigua75 on our yearly pilgramage to Coleman's. Coleman's Amber Ale poured a clear pale amber with thin head. The aroma was mildly hoppy with a stronger hops taste and finish. This brew reminded me of Saranac Pale Ale. It was quite enjoyable with fish + Chips. If you find yourself in Syracuse stop in for a pint.
