The fiery color and unique thirst quenching hop profile give this amber ale a signature all its own. Hand-selected Cascade hops from the North West United States provide a distinct citrus flavor, while still allowing for a subtle malty sweetness.

Dark red with a soupy off-white head. The aroma is a bit of fresh piney hops and a bit of caramel. The flavor is pleasingly malty up front but finishes with an unpleasant thin bitterness.

Tap at the ChopHouse DC. Amber coloured with a slim white head. Hops and malts in the aroma. Flavours are reasonably well balanced hops and malts with some caramel. Light to medium bodied, moderate carbonation. Not bad.
