From a bottle. Pours a clear copper color with a thin white head that dissipated quickly. Aroma is malty but had a hop presense. Flavor is strong and pleasant. Great bitter aftertaste.

I enjoyed this full flavored pale. A nice complement of tasty malt and hops............It has a good medium body to it, a rich amber color, and an avg head with some lacing. Aroma is fruity candy. Flavors of sweet apple, dark toffee, butterscotch, and grapefruit. The finish is round and flavorful, with a lasting english bitter.

Orange gold color. Aroma is malty with an unidentified somewhat funky smell. Light to medium bodied Pale Ale. Malts are nutty and sweet. Hops are bitter and a little harsh. Itís a touch vegetative and metallic, and then itís a touch sour and harsh. Not a good combination. Mouthfeel is thin. Finish is dry. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

Pretty pleasant brew. Thin head. Caramel in color, and very good. Hoppy and malty, well balanced. Full bodied beer. I liked it.

GABF 2003. Pours amber with a decent tan head. Heavily carbonated with mostly malt taste, Light in hops. Average.

Pours a pale orangey yellow. Little to no head or lace preent at all. Smeels sweet, like keg beer thats been left too long. Tastes like most ales-somewaht indistinguishable, which can be both good and bad dpending on how you look at it. Overalll, this is a good casual beer, not as good as it's brother the Buzzrds Bay Lager.

Pours a pretty nice copper color with a medium off-white head. Flavor starts off a little malty then turns fruity, bitter, and hoppy. Pretty good balance and a pretty solid overall beer.

A pretty good local pale ale. Pours an amber color with a small head that doesn't have all that much staying power. Aroma is sweet malt and some citrussy hops. This one is medium bodied with a prickly sort of carbonation. Flavors are sweet and grainy up front, then become mildly bitter with plenty of orangy citric hop flavor. A nice pale ale from a mainly lager brewery.

Pours with a deep amber body topped by a thin white head with good lacing. Slightly sweet malty aroma wtih a slight lemony character. Slightly sweet and fruity malt flavor with a good hop balance and a slightly bitter hoppy finish. Light to medium bodied and smooth with a very slight touch of dryness.
