A l'amertume franche, la Bracine Ambrée est caramélisée et biscuitée, son goût et son arôme s'associent parfaitement avec sa pétillance fine et son amertume sensible.

330 ml bottle. Poured in the original BPF snifter a hazy red copper or magnificent ruby brown with a good three fingers beige creamy head, with tons of micro bubbles, that had a very long retention. Intense carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is heavy roasted malts and spices. The flavour is roasted and sweet caramel malts, spicy, licorice and peppery, fruity, nuts. The mouthfeel is crispy and spicy. This medium to full bodied ale has a long sweety and spicy finish. A very nice and tasting amber ale from the french Flandern.
