BB the Gentle’s image on this label is much like our Milk Stout. A gentle smooth beer with a light roasty flavor, it is best paired with a warm body for those cold winter nights.

Another nice offering from one of Wisconsin's newest breweries. Pitch black, pours creamy and milky into the glass with not much froth. Aroma is mellow, slight smoke and chocolate malts. Taste is creamy, bitter chocolate and nutty.

Jet black and hardly any head and sweet and chocolately with only a hint of hops. I really shouldn't try stouts after May 1 as they sit on my stomach like I just swallowed a 20 oz can of cold hershey's chocolate syrup. Still this was better than average for stouts. Not out of this world, but not average, in fact it really did remind me of hershey's syrup with its slight sourness, bitter almost dark chocolate flavor. Maybe I'll put three roasted almonds in my second one.
