This, my beer-loving friends, is as good as it gets. Fresh, locally grown hops make a nice addition to this awesome seasonal beer.

A half-assed attempt at an American Pale Ale. Aside from some hints at citrusy hops, there is not a lot going on in the aroma or flavour with a lot of graininess and acidic notes thrown in for good measure. Not as good as their Lazy Days Pale Ale

This beer is a golden color. The aroma is one of light citrus. Upon first taste I noticed that this beer leans more to the bittering qualities of the hop than the flavor contributions that I was expecting from a beer labeled "Fresh Hop". This beer is malty and fairly dry, it does have a light hop flavor that is reminiscent of citrus & lychee, but not quite as much as I would have liked.

Dark Amber color, medium head. Very hoppy, yet not very bitter. Lighter bodied ale. This beer has a very nice malt taste, but the hops dominate. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is crisp and clean. Aftertaste is hoppy, slightly bitter.

Deep amber coloring with lnumerous bubbles sticking to the sides of my tulip glass. A thin white head lasts a long time. Aroma is dirst, grass, malts, caramel and a little bit of honey. The taste is fairly thin and has some nice cinnamn bread character. The taste also has a little bit of honey taste and some weird cardboard taste in the finish. The hops come out a little more as it warms and it becomes slightly nutty and peppery. Overall an ok APA that is a little too reserved in it’s flavor.

Ok Bert grant's a classic NW micro..not the same since Bert departed IMO..but they seem to be making a comeback and some good ales recently Bought in the 12 oz brown stubbie..great simple yet descriptive Yakima brewery label..still got a drawing of auld Bert around the neck. Lovelly looking..handsome indeed beer..a dark amber with a small off white head that goes fast but gorgeous lacing stays. Well what can one say about the smell..but zesty Cascade hops and fresh too. same can be said about the taste..but there is a noticable malt backbone to carry the floral hoppiness. very nice on the palate..quite smooth in fact for one so hoppy. A very very drinkable beer..I could polish off a six pack no problem..recommended.

Copper color with smallish head. Aroma more of malt than the big hops that I was expecting. Taste is also very malty without much bitterness at all. Head went away pretty quickly as well.

Poured a dark copper color with a small large bubbly light tan head that left nice lacing. Hoppy aroma, smelled slightly stale to me. Hoppy taste, backed up by a nce malty backbone. This was well balanced, but I think as far as American Pales go I am more of a hop head and less of a "well balanced" head. I just love hops!

Crystal clear deep amber body topped by a medium thick head with good lace. Sweet citrusy (grapefruit, lemon) hop aroma with an underlying maltiness. Slightly sweet but mostly bitter hoppy flavor with slight malt accents and a touch of citrus. The finish is slightly bitter. Medium bodied, smooth yet slightly tingly with some warming.
