Growler. Pours a light copper clear ale in the glass, 2 finger rocky cap leaves a bot soon. Aroma of fresh cooked cereals, light fruitiness and some mustiness. Fairly simple flavor profile, light toast-sweet malt with some hop presence, rocky mouth feel, fast sharp finish where some apple tastes emerge. This beer has potential but is a bit undeveloped. Longer in cold conditioning would merge the flavors and round that sharp young beer character.

One of two recent additions to the Railway City lineup, and this one was not at all my cup of tea. The beer is poured a hazy orange colour, not very amber at all, with a decent sized head. Aroma is cereal malt and citrusy hops, with little to no apple aroma. The flavour is the same....no apple anywhere (the brewmaster insisted it was there!)
