The beer pours into the glass a beautiful, dark, transparent black colour with a large tan coloured head. The aroma is a combination of roasted malt and yeast with some sweet hints. The mouthfeel is thick and full with some mild carbonation, almost creamy. The taste is malty with some hints of caramel (the possible sweetness in the aroma). A nice bitter finish. This is a very good beer.
