The beer pours a nice red into the glass with a huge frothy white head that did not want to go away. The aroma is heavy on the raspberry. The mouthfeel is medium-bodied, and heavily carbonated............but not quite champagne-like. The flavour is that of a small amount of hops combined with a lot of raspberries. -
