Great balance with a hoppy finish. The all organic quality is tasteable. Light brown hue. Overall a great beer. F.Y.I. - Brewed in participation with Otter Creek Brewing Co. off of Route 7 in Vermont.

pours a copper color with a frothy bright white head which leaves some lacing. The armoa has a good amount of husk, grain, earthiness, mild hop bitterness, and slight caramel. All fairly subdued, but it seems balanced at least. The taste like the aroma, everything seems fairly light husky earthiness and citrus hops, with lingering mild fruit esters and earthiness and nice back end bitterness. The mouthfeel is initially mildly watery with a good burst of sharp carbonation that comes through at the end and makes it a little more toward medium bodied.

more highly carbonated than your average pale ale...and also cleaner and crisper, which is both nice (if that's what you're in the mood for) or not, if you're in the mood for a hoppier pale. pretty good overall.

My first wolavers product was pretty decent. It poured a deep amber body with ample, everlasting carbonation, decent head and it left plenty of good lace. Aroma and flavor of mild citrus hops, nice finish. Overall i am kinda surprised it isnt rated higher.

pours with a good head and dope lacing .. wait until you see him hit! ... pours a golden tan colour, has a very slight haze ... has a strange flavour, a kinda bracing bitterness at first then a few seconds later a mild sweetness, at tad stale and cardboard-ish but drinkable.. ok stuff, some simple flavours .. organic? damned hippies .. 'our lives are in danger you beatnik'

Pours a semi-cloudy amber colour with a full white head. Very clean and refreshing beer. Well balanced, soft, but noticeably floral hops aroma. Not a lot of bitterness in the mouthfeel. Decent amount of flavors in the finish.

This is a great Pale Ale, one of my favorite styles. A nice dash of hops accompanies the crisp flavor and good aftertaste. I don't know about the appearance since it never left the bottle.

Poured a redish amber with a nice head, more hops flavor thsn I have experieced with other pale ales. good lacing on the glass, certified organic, if this is the taste of organic then give me the product produced with chemicals.

Eh, comes to mind a little off the mark with this ale. Bottled approximately two months ago so it's fresh. Pours a clear burnt copper color. Huge fluffy head accompanied by a boat load of thick lacing. Carbonation is good, overall the beer looks very nice. Aroma is pleasant and hop dominant, hard to pick up a malt presence with the overpowering hop scents. Mouthfeel is sticky and dry rather unpleasant finish, just too sticky. Flavor is unbalanced and bitter. The hops are either overdone or don't blend well. The malt is very weak. Overpriced for what is presented Appearance is the best attribute.

I should probably try this beer again. Maybe it'll grow on me. It's handsome enough, and has a pleasant aroma, but there was a sour note that didn't improve to me after the first sip. I couldn't rate this any higher than just okay.

Light copper color, small head. Lightly hopped, medium malts. Organic barley and hops. A mild tasting ale. Good full mouthfeel. Smooth good taste. Finish is clean. Aftertaste is slightly malty, very little bitterness.
