Poured an opaque amber with white head The arom was crisp with hints of malts and just a bit of citrus. The flavor started out mild and refreshing with just a bit of metalic aftertaste. It paired well with cheese

Poured a clear sparkling amber with a big sturdy coarse off-white head. Aroma is primarily malt with some caramel sweetness and a hint of grapefruit. Tastes sweet and malty. Nice tones of caramel and a hint of chocolate.

This amber ale pours a medium amber gold color from a 12oz bottle. Small sized white foamy head, which dissipates slowly. Aroma is toffee and caramel, slightly fruity and hoppy. Medium bodied amber. Malts are fruity and sweet, caramel and toffee. Hops are floral and spicy. Good balance. A biscuty and floral amber. Lively carbonation. Not bad at all. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is crisp and dry. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

A hazy orange beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with light notes of flowers and citrus. The flavor is sweet malty with light notes of caramel and flower, leading to a lightly bitter end. And the body is thin.

Pours beautifully, splashes a nice dark amber, with deserved fanfare and pageantry. Aroma is quite pleasant, as is the taste which is accompanied by a silky smooth palate, usually reserved for more robust beers. I like this one a lot.

Wild Goose makes excellent brews for the price. THis amber has a nice sweet flavor and goes down smooth.
