Pours a clean brown colour with caramel-ruby highlights. The head is creamy, light beige coloured, good stay and some nice streaky lacing. Lots of vanilla-caramel aromas at first, but after breathing, it blends with the rest. Bailey's candied nose with the chocolate, vanilla and slight coffee notes. The taste thankfully is not as sweet, nor rich as the smell gives out to be. Roasted malt base with milder vanilla, chocolate, caramel and some hops that cut, adds dryness in the end. Some hints of coffee lingers. An interesting Irish Cream Stout, but a little too artificial overall.

The beer pours a solid coca-cola colour with a creamy tan head that sticks around for a while. The aroma was roasted malt, whipped cream, and light coffee. The mouthfeel was creamy, medium to full bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is roasted malt and milk chocolate with a light bitter finish
