This is a pleasant beer to enjoy while sitting on the dock at the cottage. A decent pale gold colour with a good hoppy aroma backed up by cereal malts. The taste is refreshing with a bitter finish.

Much better sampled straight out of the bottle than poured into a glass. The aroma, oddly, reminded me of a macro lager. The beer hits the front of the tongue more than the back. It's not a bad beer, quite the opposite really, just could've been better for what is supposed to be.

Pours golden colour with average head retention and lacing. Slight malty aromas. Little bitty bubbles rose to the top. Mouthfeal was a bit on the carbonated side which was odd concidering the lack of carbonation in the appearence. Flavor was a little on the malty side with a slight bitter finish. Will have again, nothing to outstanding but good nonetheless.

A very average pale ale. Nothing great really, but in its credit, I should (and would be more than willing) to give it another try.

This is a new one from Upper Canada Brewing. Aroma of sweet grain malt and some bitterness. Colour is a pale golden-yellow. Small head with some lace. Not much carbonation. Upper Canada brews are never completely clean. They seem to have a slight haze in them. Pretty refreshing and dry mouthfeel. More bitter then malty. Not really sweet. Great summer brew.
