Whether it's hiking a moonlit trail or sleeping under the stars, our senses are heightened in the dark. We notice the little things and discover the world anew. This complex Cascadian Dark Ale is our tribute to those moonlit experiences. This hoppy yet smooth ale is an adventure all its own. Cheers.

    Aroma: 9 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8

From Central City, in a bomber. Poured what must've been the biggest head I've ever seen (even bigger than mine), easily four finger's of foamy tan. Lacing and ring guaranteed here. Body was nearly black, not much light if any at all shone through. Restrained aroma, malt and hops, but mostly malt. Good flavour, malt and coffee with some underlying bitterness as well as the alcohol. Solid, smooth mouth. Finished with a coffee blast from the bottom of the glass. Not being all that much of a fan of the ABA style, this was probably the best one I've had.
