Tramuntana Amber is a " rubia " Ale with 5 % alcohol. It has lots of character, brewed using " dry hopping " with Celeia hops which gives a unique floral flavour. The optimal temperature for drinking is 3° to 5°. Ideal with cheeses and seafood.
